Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident that you’ll be delighted with your Granola Gourmet purchase. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund of its purchase price. It’s that simple. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the day of the purchase to contact us, and request a refund or a replacement for your order in addition to returning the items.

How to Return an Item

Please return items as soon as possible.
Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to:
Granola Gourmet, 25876 The Old Road #159, Santa Clarita, CA 91381, Attn: Returns

If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the address above.

For your protection, please use UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Refund

A credit for the price of the item will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Granola Gourmet.

We take great care to ensure Granola Gourmet is shipped to you the securest way. However, if you your order is damaged in transit we will gladly provide a refund or replacement at your request.

You must send proof of the damage. You may e-mail an image of the damaged items to info@granolagourmet.com. You will receive a refund for the original purchase or a replacement at your request. Please allow 2-4 business days for the credit to apply to your credit card.

Shipping Information

Most orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately.

(1-2 business days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time

For example, the transit time will be 3-6 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 business days for packing + 3-6 business days (transit time), for a total of 4-8 business days from the time you place your order.

Additional charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
